1. Booking and Payment Terms
By making a booking with TSmart Voyage, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due 30 days before your charter date
- All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
- Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 30-59 days before: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
3. Charter Conditions
The following conditions apply to all charters:
- Maximum capacity: 12 guests
- Professional crew is mandatory for all charters
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- Pets are not allowed without prior approval
- Guests must follow all safety instructions
4. Weather and Force Majeure
In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure events that make sailing unsafe, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the charter. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
5. Liability and Insurance
TSmart Voyage maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused by negligence or misconduct.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Turkish law and resolved through the courts of Izmir, Turkey.
